- Kindly understand that processing time takes 1-2 business days and standard domestic shipping is 2-7 days. Due to the holidays, it may be a little longer- we appreciate your patience! All shipped via USPS

- Yes! Once we ship your package, you will receive an email with your full order + tracking number
How is shipping calculated?
- We use an automated system that caluclates shipping rates in real-time via an item's weight + package dimensions. This ensures the most accurate rates for our domestic shipments
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
- We do- however please keep in mind that tracking may be quite expensive since we ship from California
What is the return policy?
- At this time, we do not accept any returns or do any refunds. If you opted to have your products open on TikTok live, you cannot request a refund after it's been opened.
